Nandasan

    History – The new idol was installed in this temple under the auspices of Acharya Vijayrajendrasurisvarji on Sunday May 7, 1995, the seventh day of the bright half of the month of Vaishakh in the year 2051 of the Vikram era. The idol of the present main deity, Manamohan Parshwanatha is newly installed. The old idol of the Mulnayak in the sanctuary nearby, was brought from the old village of Nandasan and installed here. This idol was installed here 40 years ago. This temple was built under the guidance of His Holiness Rajendrasurishwarji. The large splendid octagonal temple with a new and artistic design looks attractive. The idols of Kalikund Parshwanatha, Guru Gautama Swami, Padmavathidevi, Manibhadravir and others are installed here. This place is also called Jaytribhoovan.

    How to Reach – Nandasan village is on the Ahmedabad-Mehsana highway. The nearest railway station of Mehsana is at a distance of 25 Kms. and Nandasan is at a distance of 1 Km. Buses and private vehicles are available to this place.

    Main Deity – 50 inches high, white colored idol of Bhagawan Manamohan Parshwanatha in the Padmasana posture and nearly 1 feet high idol of Manamohan Parshwanatha.
